Healthy Eating Diet No Nos

So many diets fail, often before they even get started. It’s not that we have an obsession with dieting; it’s just that we tend, as a group, to be inactive couch potatoes that subsist on junk food, soda, and a fair amount of alcohol too. I will admit my weight has crept up a bit and I’m about to start a diet again. I am an expert on diets that fail, but now my diets seem to succeed more often than not. Here are something I learned that are essential for a diet to succeed.

I’m going to give you a list of foods that are great for losing weight fast and a list of foods to avoid like the plague. That’s right – I said foods that are great for losing weight. I mentioned this already earlier in the series, but starving yourself or severely restricting your diet are no-nos.


I’ve worked with hundreds of people who were interested in losing weight. Over the years I’ve noticed areas that I believe are particular hindrances to weight loss. If your goal is to be successful at losing weight and keeping it off, avoid these areas no-nos.
