Healthy Food that We Consume
Healthy foods are foods that have a balance of nutrition, fiber and contain substances that the body needs for growth and development process. Healthy diet should be rich in nutrient elements such as carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, vitamins, and a little unsaturated fat.
Healthy food will not be absorbed by the body’s with a maximum if we do not have a healthy diet as well. Our body has a working time. Consumption of healthy menu must be balanced with the knowledge of a healthy lifestyle. According to nutritionists, the body has a vulnerable time to perform his duties, in the sense as follows:
- Disposal phase: in this phase where the body do the disposal process for all the food we have eaten before, vulnerable at the time between 04:00 to 12:00. So that the vulnerable time is highly recommended to not eat heavy foods. A lot of fruit consumption in the morning will be very effective, because the body need of energy sources at present and it help in the disposal process.
- Digestion Phase: We can enjoy a healthy diet in this pahse, but non-fruit, because fruit has been consumed in the previous phase or in the morning. vulnerable time at around 12:00 to 20:00.
- Phase absorption: vulnerable time at 20:00 to 04:00, so it is advisable to stop the eating activity.
Well, now is clear, that knowledge of healthy diet is not enough if not accompanied by knowledge of the concept of a healthy lifestyle. Regularity in eating can be said a natural diet, at the same time will keep your body in good health.
Another one is no less important is the awareness of the food that we eat. This is due to the increasing number of fraudulent merchants to achieve maximum benefit, so that the food that we eat sometimes many contain dangerous substances.
